Neiso Moscatel, President

Neiso began his real estate career in 1960 as an expansion of Continental Furniture, a Seattle institution he and his family have owned and operated since 1941. Neiso, through Allegra Properties and its affiliates, has acquired numerous commercial and multi-family properties and developed a number of projects throughout The Puget Sound, including Continental Place luxury condominiums, The historic Union Stables, and Ventana at The Market, an award winning mixed use project. All the properties Neiso has acquired or developed over the past 45 years are professionally managed by Allegra Properties.
